The CONDADO DO TEA area is on the right bank of the river Miño from Salvaterra to the borderline with the Province of Ourense. It includes the municipalities of Salvaterra do Miño, As Neves, Arbo, Crecente, Salceda de Caselas, Ponteareas, the parish of Valeixe in the municipality of A Cañixa, the parishes Guillarei, Malvás, Baldráns and Caldelas de Tui in the municipality of Tui and the parish of Louredo in the municipality of Mos.

The winery is small and functional and has the basic technology and machinery for making around 80.000 bottles. From the hill were it is situated we have an amazing sight of the Miño river and Portugal. The vineyard lays around the winery, and covers 5 hectares of classic Portugese arbour system plantation of Treixadura and Albariño varieties.
The plantation is South orientated and has slope level of 6% , the climate of Condado de Tea, being always mild, is still the most extreme of Rias Baixas since it gets continental influence from the inland.
The soils are sandy and with a high percentage of mineral rocks as granite, slate and mica.
